DTH Events is built by a team that cares deeply about athlete experience, smooth execution, and community. From event direction and judging to media, sound, and operations, these are the people who help bring each event to life.

Chris Martinez
Event Director
Chris is an experienced event leader with a strong background in competition, logistics, volunteer coordination, and day-of execution. He previously directed the multi-day Battle of the Barbells competition series in Nashville and has supported large-scale events through scoring and operations teams. Chris brings a high standard of organization and athlete experience to ensure the Community Strength Event runs efficiently, fairly, and professionally.

Matt Hughey
Programming Lead and Head Judge
Matt brings extensive experience in coaching, competitive fitness, education, and leadership to DTH Events. He has served at Providence Christian Academy since 2023 and is the Middle School Athletic Director while continuing as a Strength & Conditioning teacher. Matt has also coached wrestling and middle school football at PCA.
Before PCA, Matt owned and led CrossFit VTG for 10 years and holds certifications including CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting, Power Athlete Block One Coach, and Precision Nutrition. He also served more than five years with the Brentwood Police Department, bringing discipline, leadership, and attention to detail to his role as Head Judge.


Koby Younce
Event Producer
Koby is the owner of DTH Events. He oversees event planning, sponsor partnerships, and overall execution with a focus on creating well-run competitions that are welcoming to beginners, exciting for experienced athletes, and something the community looks forward to each year.

Brian Kelley
Director of Site Operations
Brian leads site operations for DTH Events, helping make sure each event is physically set up, ready to run, and executed smoothly from load-in to teardown. From floor layout and equipment staging to overall event readiness, Brian plays a key role in bringing structure and order to the behind-the-scenes side of event day.
A builder by trade with a strong eye for practical execution, Brian helps turn event plans into a real working environment that supports athletes, staff, and spectators alike.



Cameron Haltom
On Camera Host and Community Outreach
Cameron helps DTH Events bring personality and connection to each event through on-camera interviews, community outreach, and athlete/vendor interaction. From helping build awareness before event day to capturing conversations and moments on-site, he plays an important role in making events feel personal, engaging, and community-driven.
Seth Crumley
Live Sound and Support
Seth handles live sound and audio support for DTH Events, helping make sure music, microphones, and event-day audio run smoothly. From announcements and transitions to overall sound coverage, he plays an important role in helping events feel organized, professional, and engaging for athletes and spectators.



Larry Smith
Head of Scoring
Larry Smith leads scoring for DTH Events, helping ensure competition results are captured, entered, and tracked accurately throughout event day. Working behind the scenes with focus and consistency, he plays a key role in helping competitions run smoothly and keeping athletes confident in the integrity of the results.
Kaylee Younce
Event Experience Director
Kaylee helps lead the front-end event experience for DTH Events, supporting athletes, volunteers, and guests throughout event day. From check-in and volunteer direction to answering questions and helping fill gaps where needed, she plays an important role in making sure the event feels organized, welcoming, and well cared for.



Keri Younce
Production Lead
Keri serves as Production Lead for DTH Events, helping direct content flow, coordinate coverage, and make sure key moments are captured throughout event day. Her role helps bring structure to the media side of the event and supports a polished, intentional experience for athletes, spectators, and partners.

Kayla Paez
Social Media / Content Capture
Kayla helps DTH Events capture and share the story of event day through social media posting and content capture. From behind-the-scenes moments to athlete highlights and live event coverage, she plays a key role in helping the energy and experience of each event reach beyond the competition floor.



Chris Garrett
MC / Event Host
Chris helps bring energy, personality, and professionalism to DTH Events as an event host and MC. From welcoming athletes and spectators to recognizing sponsors, guiding key moments, and helping keep the day engaging, he plays an important role in the overall event experience.

Nathan Ball
Strongman Event Support
Nathan has been a key part of the Christmas Classic from the beginning, helping support the athlete experience and bringing valuable input from within the strongman community. He plays an important role in event support and helping make sure the strongman side of DTH Events stays authentic, fair, and well run as it grows.



Jennifer Barham
Event Coordinator
Jennifer supports DTH Events through event coordination, communication, and day-of execution. From helping manage details behind the scenes to stepping in wherever needed on event day, she plays an important role in creating an organized, welcoming, and well-run event experience.
Judging Team
The DTH Events Judging Team plays a key role in helping each competition run fairly, consistently, and smoothly. From movement standards and rep accuracy to athlete accountability and event flow, the judging team helps protect the integrity of the competition and support a great athlete experience.
